BMK Renovation Projects traces its construction roots back to the 1930s, when the Webster family first began shaping spaces through their craft.

That founding spirit — of precision, dedication, and integrity — has been handed down through each generation. Our father, Kevin Webster, embodied these values across a distinguished career spanning over four decades: from master tiler to successful entrepreneur, and ultimately to corporate Maintenance Manager. His life's work became our education.

Today, BMK Renovation Projects is the culmination of that inheritance. A father and his three sons, united not merely by family but by a shared, unrelenting passion for the built environment. Together we bring complementary expertise — from quantity surveying and project management to human resources and on-site execution — to deliver renovation experiences that are as seamless as they are exceptional.

Kevin Webster

Operations Manager

With over 40 years of hands-on construction experience, Kevin is the bedrock of BMK. His career includes tiling, air-conditioning entrepreneurship and corporate maintenance management.

Brinley Webster

Founder & Director – Estimating & Quantity Surveying

Brinley holds a National Diploma in Building, a Quantity Surveying degree and a PDBA from GIBS. He leads quoting, estimating and project cost discipline.

Mikyle Webster

Director – Human Resource & Commercial Manager

Mikyle holds a BSc in Human Resources from UKZN and manages HR, administration and commercial functions to keep BMK running professionally.

Kurt Webster

Director – Marketing & Sales Manager

Kurt is the man on the ground, focused on client relationships, project oversight and ensuring work is completed with speed, care and integrity.
